Our staff humbly requests that you consider the following information when requesting an appointment.

Scheduling and No-Show Policies

Our doctors and staff are committed to addressing the needs of every patient within fair and sensible timeframes. In consideration of your healthcare providers and other patients, we ask all patients to honor their appointment times for every visit.

In the event that you are unable to visit our office at your scheduled time, please call in to cancel your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, you must let us know about your cancellation 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled time. This allows our staff to set up a new time for you, as well as accommodate the needs of any other patients.

We understand that life can take unexpected twists and turns. Therefore, we do our best to address the schedules of each of our patients. Please note that arriving 15 minutes late to your scheduled time is tantamount to a cancellation. For these circumstances, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Payment Policy

When you visit our office for an appointment, your copay is due during your visit. Any remaining balances from previous treatments or appointments are also due at the time of your visit. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, as well as credit cards.
